Super Deluxe Custom Design Loft Ladder

The Super Deluxe Loft Ladder is a high quality, custom built and beautifully crafted loft ladder offering excellent strength and durability.

The stairway itself is manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy and is fitted with a counter balance spring for easy and straightforward operation. The steps are fitted with non-slip treads and the ladder is supplied complete with a laminated wooden trapdoor and lining.

The quality of build ensures that this loft ladder is extremely reliable and dependable and has very low maintenance requirements.

Manufactured to meet individual requirements the Super Deluxe Loft Ladder is available with a number of different options.

Lock: To prevent unauthorised access to the ladder.

Top Operating Handle: This allows the stairway to be raised and lowered from both above and below. (The ceiling thickness must not exceed 450mm and there must be a clearance of at least 700mm behind the opening).

Telescopic Handrail: An extendable handrail on one side Super Deluxe Loft Ladder providing enhanced safety (requires a ceiling opening of at least 1 Upper Level Handrail metre).

Upper Level Handrail: Provides handrailing on three sides for increased safety. Trapdoor Insulation: Offers a reduction in heat loss through the stairway trapdoor.

Electronic Operation: Operating on 24V DC the electronic version is supplied complete with transformer, stand-by battery, wiring and operating switch. An additional switch can also be fitted to allow operation of the ladder from above.

Fire Resistant Casings: Also available with fire resistant casings the wooden hatchbox and trapdoor can be coated with pyroex to give a 30 minute fire resistance or the casings can be supplied with a steel hatchbox and trapdoor offering either a 30 or 90 minute fire resistance.

Weatherproof Roof Hatch: A completely weatherproof roof hatch, suitable for roof access onto flat roofs is also available.

Vertical Fitting: The Super Deluxe Loft Ladder can also be mounted at 90º to the horizontal in order to provide access into vertical walls.

Suspended Ceilings: The Super Deluxe Loft Ladder is also suitable for fitting into suspended ceilings.
