Clow ABS Aluminium Industrial Step to BS2037 Class 1
The Clow ABS Industrial Stepladder is a heavy duty step which is a robust, hard wearing product and conforms fully with Class 1 Specification.
Suitable for heavy duty and industrial use this ladder has a safe working load of 175kg. The ABS step ladder is constructed using channel section front stiles and a box section rear frame with extruded treads.
This step is available in sizes from 3 tread to 13 tread and all of these stepladders are fitted with non-slip, non-marking PVC feet and a GRP reinforced tool tray. (Please note that the 13 tread size of this product lies outside of the British Standard Specification).
This step is also available with optional extras including handrails and kneerails. Stabiliser bars can also be fitted if the step is to be used on grated floors - please contact us if you require more information on this option.
Handrails can be fitted to this ladder for extra safety and security on either side or to both sides if required. A kneerail can also be fitted to the top of the step ladders to provide extra stability for the end user. Please see Ladder Accessories for more information.
Please note that the relative sizes of swing back step ladders are often specified by their tread count - swing back steps traditionally include the very top section of the step ladder in the tread count. For example a six tread swing back step consists of five treads plus the very top section of the step ladder, (as shown in the image on the right showing the ABS6 Step Ladder).
